- Michael Jackson in his death has achieved complete redemption…he deserves to be remembered for the good times he brought to us all through his music…he did all this while at times suffering inside…as I celebrate his life by watching his memorial service I can’t help but feel some sadness, that with all the love being shown now no one was there to help him when he needed it…love you Mike RIP.
- I am amazed at how Michael has touched the world, I have watched is videos and istened to his music for as far as I remember. I wish I could’ve gone to one of his concerts. The world is not going to be the same without him. God Bless you Michael and thank you for blessing us with your God given talent. Now you can rest in peace, and I’m sure your even performing in heaven as well. I love you and Thank You.
- Michael we never can say goodbye. You are loved here in the Caribbean & worldwide. You will be remembered as a great man & live on in our hearts forever! Thank you for all that you have given to us. We rally with the Jackson family. Peter King is a perfect example of what is wrong with our world, Michael has brought the world together even in his transition.
- I never thought that i would be this sad over the death of a person who i have never known/met, but then again i have known music all my life, and Michael Jackson was Music. Music is my passion and a huge part of it died with him. RIP MJ.
- Moonwalk your way through the pearly gates MJ – RIP and thanks for everything!
Its NOT Goodbye..
Posted by: | CommentsI grew up with his music. I grew up trying to moonwalk like him. I know almost ALL his songs and lyrics by heart. I always wanted to dance and move so smoothly like him. I admired him so very much. I respect and love his work from the ultimate core of my SOUL. His music took me through some of my toughest times. His song BEN always made me feel that I’m not alone. His song BEAT IT brought out the devil-dancer in me. His song BAD made me feel it’s ok to be me, with all my flaws. His song BLACK OR WHITE and HEAL THE WORLD revolutionized our Thinking. BILLIE JEAN is my ultimate ‘move it’ song. All of MJ’s songs are a huge part of me now, that will live and die with me.
Michael created a new dimension in Music…one that got etched in Music history, that belongs to him and him alone. Michael is a Music legend no matter what people say about his personal life – not that it matters anyways. I have great respect for MJ & for his work, and I know that people who judge him can never achieve what he achieved in his short life. He is a genius. His work excelled all the negative publicity he got towards the end of his life. Those who cannot see his expertise are poorer for not being able to recognize his unique genetic brilliance.

He is Body, Soul, Rhythm, Brilliance, Performance, Dedication, Professionalism, Strength, Heat, Devotion, Passion, Talent and LOVE. Michael you beat it! WE LOVE AND MISS YA! The world is poorer today for losing you way before your time. Thank You for the great music and the passion that you brought to our lives! Your legacy will never die. There will never be another Michaeland there will never be another dancer like him. No one else in the world can MOVE like ya MJ! *lotsa tears*
“People always told me be careful of what you do
And don’t go around breaking young girls’ hearts…
And mother always told me be careful of who you love
And be careful of what you do…
’cause the lie becomes the truth.”

Television networks planning Jackson coverage
Posted by: | CommentsNBC executives changed their minds Sunday and decided to join other networks that will televise Michael Jackson’s memorial service live this week.

NBC joins ABC, CNN, MSNBC and E! Entertainment in offering the ceremony live. It’s set for 10 a.m. PDT (1700 GMT) Tuesday at Los Angeles’ Staples Center.
NBC had initially planned only a one-hour prime-time special on Tuesday night, but said Sunday it would also cover the event live. It was not immediately clear who would anchor.
Charles Gibson will anchor coverage for ABC, which is setting aside its typical daytime programming.
CBS anchor Katie Couric will be at the Staples Center, although the network had not yet said whether it was offering live coverage of the memorial.
CNN has seen its ratings soar with the Jackson story, and it will show the memorial on the main network and HLN (formerly Headline News). CNN International will air the ceremony to the rest of the world. Anderson Cooper, Larry King and Don Lemon are the anchors for CNN coverage. Robin Meade, A.J. Hammer and Jane Velez-Mitchell will anchor at HLN. CNN en Espanol also will cover it.
Chris Jansing will anchor live coverage of the memorial on MSNBC. Fox News Channel hadn’t announced its plans.
E! Entertainment will cover the ceremony on its television network and its Web site.
Love to You and Your fans and family, Michael!

Michael Jackson was probably the first name I ever heard apart from “mom” and “dad”. His songs are the first songs I danced and sang to, even though at first I didn’t quite know what he was singing about, since I was so little and couldn’t speak English. His music followed me throughout my entire life and I will cherish every single beat he made. He was a genius and his music can make one cry, dance, smile, love and THINK. His personality was bigger (in an innocent way) than the world, his heart had so much love – the world couldn’t take it. In the spirit of all true geniuses, he lived and died misunderstood by the world, but his childlike innocence and a loving heart will transcend generations, races etc. You will be horribly missed.
I am grief-stricken by Your passing and hope You are at ease now.
Love to You and Your fans and family.

I can’t believe Michael Jackson died

Michael, ten days passed since your… your final travel. And I hardly accept it. The past year, my girlfriend (who was just a friend back then) bought me a poster of Michael Jackson, saying “King of Pop” with you, your hat, your glove, standing on the tip of your feet.
Yesterday i bought another poster, with you wearing a long sleeve red shirt, during the bad period. On it, there are your biggest achievement: 8 grammy awards, 37 weeks at number one of the charts, biggest selling music video of all time, 10 american music awards, 20 billboard awards, biggest selling album of all time. I attached it above the “King of Pop” one. And… it’s beautiful. I, we miss you, Michael jackson. You will rock our world forever. We will never forget you. Never

What a truly sweet man. I have always thought I was born a decade too late. He was actually magical to me as a child, I adored him, I still do. What a terribly misunderstood and lonely man, I only hope there is an afterlife in which he finds some kind of peace and some kind of true love. So many people would’ve given their right arm to love him like he wanted to be loved. I feel so awfully saddened that he ended his life only knowing loneliness. Jackson’s death should remind all of us to never get caught up in the clouds, to keep the people we love and trust close to us, because they will be the ones that save our souls.
I remember asking my parents when I first encountered Jackson around the age of 6 if he was a woman, I was only little, I didn’t know! And what I learned of was a beautiful and complex man, who could inspire awe into generations. We were no different, probably as the last generation he touched with his music and presence we were grateful.
I hope there is an afterlife, because if there is, it would absolutely rule to meet Michael Jackson. I just hope he doesn’t have an afterlife house with afterlife gates and afterlife security. I was originally going to call one of my children Jackson, and now I suppose it will also be in tribute to Michael. Toying with the idea of a Jackson tattoo also, because I wanted my first to be at a milestone in my life, and this truly is one. I feel a true loss of a hero but am inspired to continue doing the thing I love, which I had recently forgotten about and lost. If only we could turn back time.
A man who changed the world. Lost but not forgotten.
